Assault PWO - No effect

I just bought assault from Muslcepharm, I was excited to try it because I've been hearing a lot of buzz about it. I am currently taking 3 weeks off of PWO this being the 1st week and half, but since it came it i had to give myself a quick sample of what i was getting myself into. First i noticed how big the scoop was (huge) so i took half a scoop in half the water it recommended. I felt nothing...not a thing... should i be worrying???? could be my tolerance level, but i didnt even feel a tingle let alone any extra energy. I plan to take it again in another week and half, so hopefully i feel some difference....any advice

Try taking the whole scoop.

Take the whole 1 serving. I recently only took about a week off from Assault and first time back on my face and ears were crawling...if you're not feeling 200mg caffeine you def need to take a long break from stims.

I would take a complete stim break for atleast 4 weeks before hitting up the assault. then go with the full scoop. you will thank me later

I read on here recently that 1 full scoop = 300mg caffeine? Not sure if true, but yeah it doesn't do a lot for me either, being stim tolerant. It ends up being pretty pricey for 1 scoop per workout, however there are some decent bcaas and creatines included as well.

I dont believe so, i have been taking pre workouts on and off, usually cycle off about a month or more. I take C4 and that makes me feel good everytime...

Same thing i thought, this thing is going to go fast at one scoop. I didnt know how big the scoop was before i bought it, kinda wish i stuck wiht c4

Ive been off for about a week and half to 2 weeks cant remember the exact date. I would imagine a scoop with give me a little something, didnt feel a thing. I watched some videos on youtube and alot of people are saying the same thing i am, i was a little bummed love musclepharm stuff especially combat powder. I can drink 5 large coffees a day and half a scoop of assault makes me wired. One scoop is too much for me. I've always shaken the tub before use. Maybe I'm just very stim sensitive but I'd try shaking the tub.

Ah, the price is much different here in new zealand, compared to other preworkouts it does end up being very expensive.

And like I said it does include some quality ingredients in decent doses.

I love mp products but wont i get tolerant faster with that heaping scoop, things massive....a half of scoop of c4 gets me hard and ready so price i feel like i save some money as well
