    should i add more rear delt?

    for shoulders i do leverage press standing overhead press seated shoulder press side raises and face pulls should i replace one for something like an upright row or something?
    when i do back day i work the rear delts i think. i do pull up/chin ups t bar row iso lateral row and some other lat stuff.
    so should i add something or no?

    I would do 1-2 direct rear delt exercises imo

    Your first two exercises are front delt dominant, followed by a lateral delt and a rear delt exercises respectively.
    That said, at your current stats It seems more than enough, infact you can lose one of the first two exercises if you wish.

    FYI, Upright Rows is a lateral delt exercise unless it's done behind the back.
