Hello everyone,
I'm new to these forums so I'm curious if some of you could give me some answers to few questions please. Do not hate and say "omggg read stickies" and **** like that...
Anyways
I am 6'0 195lbs...I been training pretty hard in gym with 10 min warm ups on treadmill and then hitting free weights about 3-4 times a week. Anyways I am trying to tone up my body and really show off my definition of muscles and 6 pack without looking like a body builder. So my question is what should i focus on more, cardio or lifting? Anyways what supplements would help me to achieve better definition of muscles along with training?
Please do not hate just trying to get some basic knowledge

Your post led me to search for the term "omggg" because I was uncertain if there was such an acronym or if you just went a little crazy with the g's. According to what I found on google it stands for "Oh my goodness gracious grasshoppers". See what a few minutes in the bathroom and some searching can do for you? Try the stickies. No hate.
