    which is better for me?

    I am trying to build muscle and I am wondering which change post workout powder I should use. I have been switching off from myofusion probiotic and gold standard whey which one would be best for me
    I am 15 years old
    150lbs (started at 145)
    12% bf (startef at 13%)

    1 scoop of whey is small change compared to your daily nutrition/macros.

    What does your diet look like? Cals carb/fat/protein breakdown etc.
