    do you do all exercises for one body part or mix it up?

    do you guys do all back then all bis ordo something like 2 back 2 bis. And does it matter which way you do it?

    General rule of thumb is biggest muscle group first then move onto smaller ones.

    If nothing else, start with the exercises that tax your body the most and work down to what taxes you the least.
