Gosh darn EC Stack is amazing

Never done an EC stack. Always stuck with the usual 500 calorie deficit, but always struggled with getting hungry / having munchies / etc (in b4 you weakminded peasant).

Dropped 10lbs for the pool season, but still have ~10lbs to go. Said fcuk it and got on dat dere EC stack last Thursday. Damn this chit is amazing! Down 3.6lbs in the first week (obviously some water weight). Any other brahs on dis magic for the summer season?

brb never hungry
brb 1.7k calories before 2pm, protein shake @ 7pm, and not even hungry @ 11pm
brb 400 calorie deficit on top of 500 deficit
brb my diet is dieting
brb not feeling tired
brb no cravings
brb bought blood pressure cuff just in case
brb cardio = walking on inclined treadmill and reading

E is ephedrine and C is caffeine, both can be obtained over the counter at most pharmacy chains like CVS and Walgreens.

The most popular over the counter drug to get ephedrine is called Bronkaid. Sometimes it can be hard to find, as it's often sold out or just temporarily no longer carried by a pharmacy. It's always behind the counter, so you'll have to ask one of the pharmacy workers for it.

In the USA you're limited to buying a certain amount per month and the pharmacy scans your license when you buy it. If you're just running a typical EC stack you can get your hands on more than enough legally to not run out.

There's no restrictions on caffeine pills, so you can buy a bottle of 100 or 200mg caffeine tablets for like $7 at any pharmacy. Caffeine pills are not behind the counter, you can usually find it in the same aisle where "sleep aids" are, since it's the opposite of a sleep aide.

There's tons of info on EC stack on this forum and on others, I recommend doing a little basic research before just buying EC and taking pills, some people are not very tolerant to stims and get bad side effects. It's also good to know what you're putting into your body and what side effects you can expect to have.

I'm pretty sure you can't buy ephedrine straight up in powder form or in supplements, but it's contained in some over the counter asthma meds that you can purchase legally in the USA.
