    is this a gois diet to gain muscle

    Moring
    4 egg whites with spanich and oatmeal
    280 cal 30g of protein
    Snack #1
    Greek yogurt with an apple
    240 cal 12g of protein
    Snack #2
    Protein bar
    32g of protein 300 calories
    Lunch
    6oz salmon with broccoli and a hoemade trail mix
    55g of protein 580 calories
    Pre workout shake
    1 scoop of whey banana in skim milk
    150 calories 30 g protein
    Post work shake
    Two scooos of whey with peanut butter
    55g of protien 350 calories
    Post workout meal/dinner
    6 oz chicken beast salad with a sweet potatoe
    540 calories 50g of protein
    Snack # 3
    Pb n j
    300 calories 8 g of protein
    Before bed
    1 scoop of casien protein with pb in skim milk
    35g protein 200 calories

    Total
    Calories 2940

    307g protein?

    Ain't nobody got money for that!

    No but your diet is really not budget friendly and way too much protein. Your body will only take 130-135g of protein and the rest is gonna be glucose. Remember, your muscles only demand 1g of protein per lean body mass (in lbs).

    Looks like a diet straight out of a broscience'd out magazine.

    Plus, there's almost no fat in this diet. All skim milk is removing dietary fat, and all there is is PB.

    That really doesn't look good at all - just to be honest. Read the stickies on how to calculate your macros. You are also consuming about twice the amount of protein you need, which is a huge waste of money.
