Ain't nobody got money for that!
No but your diet is really not budget friendly and way too much protein. Your body will only take 130-135g of protein and the rest is gonna be glucose. Remember, your muscles only demand 1g of protein per lean body mass (in lbs).
Looks like a diet straight out of a broscience'd out magazine.
Plus, there's almost no fat in this diet. All skim milk is removing dietary fat, and all there is is PB.Retired 74kg PL Open Division (3 meets)
