Nah, they couldn't come back. Well they could, but they would get their asses handed to them. Which is why they don't come back. If they never aged, or the risks didn't outweigh the rewards, they would continue to compete.
Think about it logically, if they could still do it, they would. There is a reason they dont compete any more. At a certain point your body can't handle the extremes any more. Joints ache, muscles tear, recovery isnt what it used to be, and the 'response' isnt quite the same. They aren't coming back. Neither is Levrone.

Yes, please, do go on about other members of the IFBB section that agree with your statement. I mean damn dude, you're so credible in backing your opinion, 2 other members of the IFBB section on an internet forum! Neither have probably ever stepped a foot on a bodybuilding competition stage. Dorian one of the worst bodybuilders...lmfao...please go.

You are just salivating for an argument aren't you?. 6 time Mr. O and "one of the worst bodybuilders of all time?" Has what is considered the best back of all time. Conditioning was the best all time. Nothing lagging except a torn biceps. One of the most dominant ever in the sport of bodybuilding (took 2nd once I believe). There is no arguing that.

Well........that's obvious trolling but I agree that Dorian's ( QUADS ) were not great at all, he had Lee Haney era quads. His hams and calves were great. His back, Hams, calves, forearms and sick conditioning were enough to win it for him with bearly above the pack arms, shoulders, chest mid section and quads. His mid section over all was not very good but his serratus was great. If he were a new pro today we'd be raving over his GOAT potential back while admitting he'd have to bring his quads and arms up to do damage at a major show. This argument is like a merry-go round forgive me for participating this time around lol................InB4 Neo Seminole w/ magazine scans......and Dorian vs Nasser debates.

Have you ever said that before? I remember laughing at a sentence very similar to that a year or two ago. His midesection was actually very good. Not sure what your standards are...
Maybe youre just thinking about 97? He was still holding down a sick ab and thigh that year
Its easy to pick apart bodyparts and label them average, but naming mandatories that he lost is another story.

Dorian hits his mandatories so well, makes me fume when i see Flex and Lev not take Dorian on and hit the poses similar to Dorian, What i mean is, Flex and Lev need to stop moving around dsiplaying theatrics, and hit the pose hard and still. This is what Dorian did, no thrills, jsut hard and keep it for a few seconds. But there are reasons why Lev and Flex jsut couldnt beat Dorian and its to do with structure. Flex and Lev were too small. They had bigger arms but thats really about it.

It's true......his quads ( The standard for legs change from era to era ) wouldn't cut it today, it would be seen as a major imbalance and would keep him form winning major shows today ( Mr. O and Arnold ) Lee Haney wouldn't win a pro show due to his legs and Arnold wouldn't even get his pro card because of his legs. The standard for what legs are suppose to look like in pro bodybuilding keep changing era to era. We have threads like who had better biceps Arnold or [ insert todays top pro ] And we hear things like from the waist up Haney could've beaten Flex and how many guys have a better back than Yates had ? One maybe two....and that's pushing it but in the leg department ( Arnold and Haney ) and the quad department ( Yates ) they would get wrecked by guys like Heath, Greene, Cutler, of course Ronnie, Branch, Wolf ( quads anyway ) The only guys doing well w/o DOWN RIGHT MAGNIFICIENT quads are Dex and recently Freeman who's losing leg size quickly. Even Centopani, Mcmillan, Rhoden have excellent quads. But more than often we see guys with mediocre quads win lower shows like Roelly, JOJ, Curry,.
Now before anyone loses their mind, i'm not saying he's comparable to Roelly or Curry lol i'm just saying his quads would keep him from winning an O or a AC ( not counting this year ) in this day and age. end/rant.

Probably would, i'm just talking about what he was able to accomplish with his physique then versus what guys are displaying now. Not sure how much drugs have advanced since then......on a side note you out weigh me by over a hundred pounds and your not much taller than me.....good stuff man, do you plan on getting on stage ?
