Introduction:
Where do I begin...
Growing up I was overweight. REALLY overweight.
Like 2 kids = Me
Needless to say I was teased fairly regularly from 1st grade to 9th grade.
(got up to 300lbs)
I was one sad little boy back then.
After becoming more athletic in high school,
I joined a sport that no one did but everyone watched.
Despite a severe lack of pay and people downing you at every step,
I kept my head down and fought my way through the ranks.
Friends kept telling me I could go Pro... yet I was from a small town, what could I do?!
But deep down I knew that if I didnt try, Id regret it for the rest of my life.
So I traveled to the four corners of the US. (sorry Nebraska )
Long story short, I did really well and met a lot of great people in the process.
And Im quite content with myself knowing that I "made the effort"
It appears to me that a lot of what Ive learned, has come from trial-and-error.
The journey has been long and sometimes very painful.
But sometimes, the journey is the most important thing.
Here we go...

I dont:
Idle my car unnecessarily
Pay my bills late
Drink bottled water
Go to Starbucks or McDonalds
Play loud music past 9pm
Answer my phone during movies
Pay for haircuts
Own a dishwasher
Take forever to email/text my friends back
Buy garbage bags
Buy paper towels/plates
Buy premium gas
Drive my car without a seatbelt
Get less than 32mpg in my car
Eat fast food or drink alcohol much
Have a data plan for my smart phone
Own any Apple products
Buy new cars
Throw trash on the ground
Take long showers
Throw away recyclables
Show up late to meetings

Checked out the website and YouTube the other day, very solid stuff. Was nice to finally see you in action in some videos.
Btw, I think you need some new squat/DL shoesAwesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.
