yesterday was kinda busy. helped watch a special needs group on a bowling outing.

fairly rainy today so i decided to stay at home and workout. (i really need a better home setup)

had a day planned but got straddled with cancellations. gotta roll with it....


Mix: 5 set of 20 reps
(it was supposed to be a circuit until my cat sat on me while doing crunches)

Push Ups

Crunches

Lunges

Squats

Bicycles





followed by stretches and foam rolling with the Rumble Roller

Bummer about the cancellations but at least you got some core work done until the cat intervened (damn those claws!)
I can never do core work at home because the moment I lie on the floor the dog tries to either lick me or hump me ...... OK .... he is attractive but he's just not my type
I always think that a Hook on the wall for a TRX strap would be a good addition at home

we have no rings so i use a bar. mix felt pretty good today. glad i got those 110 without a spot

i feel robotic when i do it. im better in a conversation setting but i have a tendency to talk fast.

things get weird when i slow it down. (like in the vistaprint one )
