That looked like a great whole body workout Ryou.
Did you do a few 'circuits' and how long did you take between sets?
It looks like that would have been a good cardio session as well ... heart racing at the end?
And I reckon those stacked DB rows are pretty hardcore"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

A step backwards is better than a setback.
If this (insert whatever trivial thing that is upsetting me) is the worst thing to happen today, I'm going to have a great day.

I think it can be done nicely and in a way that doesn't distract from the lifts.
For example, on the deads, you can have a caption bar at the bottom (flush left but a little away from the margin) that starts with:
135 lbs
Deadlift
Then on 2 plates it would read:
225 lbs
Take out the "Deadlift" to avoid clutter since it's obvious that it's the same exercise. Same for 315 and 405. That clearly shows the weight progression and is quite impressive to the gym goer.
Your message is that you're a very strong and fit personal trainer. Anyone can infer that from the video, but the numbers on the exercises really drive that point home.## chillin at home crew
