I haven't been 200 built ever, but I do remember when I was around 215 soft and it was NOTHING like this. I'm by no means ripped, but that comes later...
I felt like such a scumbag taking these in the gym bathroom but it had good lighting!

I'm on the second Monday of this rotation, and it's my 4th time through now. This is my new favorite routine. Previously, I ran track for college so I was doing a lot of specialized lifting for a few months, and before that it was about 8 weeks of Baby Got Back from the WBB forums. Before that, well, look up my threads and it's the big log I ran.If you can't join'em, beat'em.

Good point; bodybuilding IS subjective. However, weight alone doesn't mean much. For example, I only weigh 170, but I'm quite a bit more muscular than superhombre2k @ 200. However, I'm 5'6 and I suppose he's running around 6'. There's the difference; different framework.
(I'm not saying I'm better than anyone by any means, only trying to prove my point.)

I am basically your bw% maybe a few % lower and I can tell you it will still look great if you put on 20lb of lean muscle under that.
You look healthy and pretty big buddy, keep it up and don't worry about a cut now tbh.EoR is powered by unique Nanomolecular Hyperdispersion Technology. Giving him high bioavailability and myocellular saturation.

I took a few more today... I'll probably take some pictures of my wheels on Wednesday when I do legs. I may take a video of me squatting too because it's such a boost to see triple plates :-D and hear them clanging! :-D
I love bulking but I can't wait to start cutting in mid/late April. I know how thick my back is and I can't wait to see it shredded, and I know there's some serious cuts in my abs.If you can't join'em, beat'em.

Irish man,
At 5' 6" there is no way you need to way a pound over 200.
Just looking at your 180 pics along with superhombre.
You guys need to build some muscle an lose fat.
Don't be so concerned about the scale, work with the mirror and how you feel.
If you feel fat and flabby it's because you are fat/flabby.

Ya my goal for the summer is to be 200 lb cut. I'm up to 186 cut right now, probably around 10% bf but it'd be nice to get lower than that. The lower part of my stomach has a time amount of fat which i'd like to disappear. Anyways good job man you're lookin pretty big. Now just cut and u'll be lookin sick.

I'm really seeing the gains on my current training and diet program and I think it's safe to say another 2 months will have me up to 210. I know weight is a just number and something for me to gauge week to week progress by. I look at the big picture in the mirror only though. I can't wait to get in and do legs on Wednesday!

I've always thought my biceps could use more work, but I am reluctant to do anything with particular emphasis on the brachialis because my forearms are pretty beefy there and I have Popeye from some angles. I do chins, overhand bent over rows, dumbbell rows, and alternating DB curls on my pull days.

I just got back from my squat day and I'm here to deliver pictures as promised!
I was hoping the side lunge shot would come out better, but my hams aren't looking as big as they usually do there. I like my hams and calves, but I think I could stand to beef up my quads some more. I have a problem with my knees, patellar chondromalacia, so I keep it to squat and front squat only. Something like leg extensions would probably cause my knees to rip apart. If you can't join'em, beat'em.
