    How to fix butt wink?

    Always after doing squats my lower back is tight and feels like the muscle is being worked a lot, never figured out why until last week when someone told me about "butt wink".

    Had no idea what it was so he explained it to me, and then I checked in the mirror today and holy sh!t i can get parallel and after that my ass just dips inward. No wonder the lower is being worked so much on squats and deads

    Also maybe explains why I can't go higher then 225 AGT, but on hack squats I can go 4 plates

    This. I used to have this problem until i started doing dynamic stretches before workouts and foam rolled.

    thanks OP, I actually needed this info. My lower back has been getting really tight during squats- to the point that it hurts to stand up for a while.

    BUT- I opened this thread thinking OP was talking about how a girl's butthole kinda "winks" at you when you hit it doggy style. anyone else aware of that issue?
