Recently I saw my shoulders were uneven quite miserably so I decided to go
down in weights and let my smaller shoulder catch on, suddenly when I did shoulder press
I started feeling my smaller side working 10 times more (and it looked bigger in the mirror) and my other side felt nothing.
the question is, do I keep doing that so my smaller shoulder can catch on? It felt very weird and I made sure 90% the movement is correct on both sides.
Is it a good or a bad sign?
