What do you think my body fat is?
I am 5'10 160 lbs. 30 years old. Flexing in the picture.
I am redoing Kris 12 week program again.
I want to get below 9% but not sure what else I can do. My diet is proper, doing liss cardio 25 mins in the morning and evening. Seem to be stuck in same place for a while now. Not dropping any lbs even though I dropped calories. Plateau?

12-13% would be my guess. You sure you wanna drop below 10% at 5'10"? You look pretty solid, if you drop another 5 lbs or so, you'll be pretty light.
Honestly, if you arent dropping fat, recheck your bmr and macros to make sure you arent eating too much. How many cals are you taking in a day? You're pretty lean already, at a small caloric deficit (300 -500) you should be able to hit 10% in a month and a half or so. If you are doing a keto or carb cycling type of diet - maybe refeed is needed to kickstart your metabolism.
