It makes no sense. I've been working out every other day for the last 2 weeks, but my max bench went from 160lb to 155lb. I also stepped on a scale, i used to weigh 156, now i only weigh 153. I am a runner on Track and i did do Cross. I don't run to much though, only about 4 or 5 miles every week day.

You're probably not eating enough calories. Even if you eat a lot, your meals may lack macros that you need to either sustain your weight or increase it. A quick tip I learned from someone was if you want to put on size take your body weight, and times it by 20. That should roughly be around the amount of calories you'll want to consume to put on size. If I were you I'd invest in a solid weight gainer a lot of them have 1000+ calories in a shake not to mention more when you add milk, peanut butter ect. Yeah you'll put on a bit of fat, but you do a good amount of cardio so it's 100% fine.Pain is temporary, it may last for a minute, or an hour, or a day, or even a year. But eventually it will subside and something else will take its place.... If i quit however it will last forever.
Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone would understand if you fell apart, thats true strength.
