I have been very consistent in the past and seen good results. Lately my diet has been falling apart. I pull it back together for a little while and then BAM, binge eat.
Having lost a 100 lbs I figured I had this under control. Pushing that last couple of percents of body fat is tough.
It is almost like my eating habits have been bipolar lately. Too little, too much. Up and down.
Right now I think I'm going to try changing up my diet as it has been the same for quite awhile and I am tired of it. Also buying my first shipment of supplements to help out. Guessing a little variety will help.
Anyone else ever deal with something similar.

stop thinking so much about it, keep a clear eye on your goals. you lost 100lbs and thats fantastic. you dont have much (in my opinion you need to gain some muscle mass) left to lose, calculate your numbers and hit your targets. if you binge eat, track it, adjust and move on. you lost 100lbs... give yourself a break and stop micro managing your mistakes.
