    Thumbs up how much of a fat phuck have i become? bodyfat estimation

    No idea of what body fat i'm at in either of these photos, estimates would be appreciated. i think i was about 158-160 in the first pic, and i'm 182-186 now. i'm a lot stronger now and was lifting kind of on and off from the first pic till present. i don't feel like my arms look much different in the pictures but i went from having basically no bicep peak to a pretty noticeable one, i can still do roughly the same amount or more of chin-ups and pushups as i could 20 pounds ago. how much weight is lean mass and how much is fat? maybe a little difference in lighting + lost my tan but i think they're representative of the time period.

    I'm guessing u do more ab work then anything... Ur abs manage to pop with definition while ur arms lack definition. Either way, u look 11% to me

    i actually never really train abs i'm a swimmer/do MMA in the summer and the only core work i do comes from butterfly kicking and sparring. my arms are just long skinny phucks that have no shape they were definitely twigs in the leaner picture and are now larger twigs

    pic on the right just looks less flexed. There's more separation between left and right which seems to imply they're just less tensed.
