    training triceps day after forearms and wrist?

    can you train triceps the day after training forearms and wrists,will it hinder my tricep excercises,planning to do shoulders as well and was wondering if it would hinder those as well

    only one way to find out brah. you can do w/e you want though. just use your best judgement. I've done deads the day after training forearms and have felt fine though if that tells you anything
