Hi guys I'm getting really confused and frustrated now, I just can't track if I am losing fat or not. On the scales under the same circumstances I weigh myself weekly but it fluctuates a lot 3 weeks ago it was 154.5 last week 150.9 and today 154.4. And then I also measure the fattest part of my belly around the belly button and 3 weeks ago it was 33 3/4" last week 32 1/2" and today 33" so that also fluctuates. I do take weekly pics but at this point it is getting hard to tell a difference. I want to slow bulk for a long time after I lose this belly. I stay at a deficit but is there other ways I can tell I'm losing fat.

5'10", 150lbs and you are trying to lose weight? I think you should be bulking. Any pictures?

I knew I would have gotten the bulk comment but I recently deleted my pics on my bodyspace I will post some tomorrow morning since that's the only time I take pictures. I have a decent body now except I have a big belly that holds almost all my fat now. And I weigh myself under the exact same circumstances and the thing is I'm on keto so 65f/30p/5c ratio. I eat about 1800 calories. And I know the fluctuations in the scale have been caused by glycogen replenishment and water weight. But wat about the belly measurement
