    Can't tell Fat loss

    Hi guys I'm getting really confused and frustrated now, I just can't track if I am losing fat or not. On the scales under the same circumstances I weigh myself weekly but it fluctuates a lot 3 weeks ago it was 154.5 last week 150.9 and today 154.4. And then I also measure the fattest part of my belly around the belly button and 3 weeks ago it was 33 3/4" last week 32 1/2" and today 33" so that also fluctuates. I do take weekly pics but at this point it is getting hard to tell a difference. I want to slow bulk for a long time after I lose this belly. I stay at a deficit but is there other ways I can tell I'm losing fat.

    Yes I have been cutting for a year coming from high bf% I had slipped up in the diet when first starting but been at a proper deficit now

    Post your current macros/kcal + some more info on you. Sounds like you are either measuring under completly different circumstances (e.g. before and after drinking, morning vs. evening, etc.) or not quite making process.

    I knew I would have gotten the bulk comment but I recently deleted my pics on my bodyspace I will post some tomorrow morning since that's the only time I take pictures. I have a decent body now except I have a big belly that holds almost all my fat now. And I weigh myself under the exact same circumstances and the thing is I'm on keto so 65f/30p/5c ratio. I eat about 1800 calories. And I know the fluctuations in the scale have been caused by glycogen replenishment and water weight. But wat about the belly measurement

    I was having this issue for a while until I realized I need to weigh myself first thing in the morning before drinking/eating anything. Plus I find weight measurements hard to keep consistent.

    I do weigh myself exactly like that I've always done that and I also take into consideration the food I eat the day before. But I need to know if there's any other way I can just measure my fat loss
