    Not getting anywhere

Hi, I been lifting for about a year now and was about 220 when I started and now I'm 212. I don't know what it is but for some reason I can't seem to drop the weight any lower? I know muscle weighs more than fat but I also look like I'm gaining fat? How is this?

How much lower are you trying to go and what is this number you are trying to reach/ Is it just some arbitrary number you've had in your head or is there real significance behind it?
To succeed at doing what you love, you often must do many things you hate.

I'm in the military and my max weight is 208 to be in military standards so im trying to drop to 205. My max bf% is 19 to be in standards but every where I have gone and scales I have used say im at about 22-25% bf. the way I train is one day I lift and next day I do cardio with abs and alternate back n fourth.
