    Hey guys the competition has now begun!! Good luck to both teams.

    OFFICIAL DEADLINE
    April 7th 2013

    All videos must be in before then or else you are disqualified. Vids are to be posted in this thread

    RULES:
    -bench bodyweight as many times possible
    -must show weight in video
    -bar has to touch your chest
    -no longer than 3 seconds rest between reps
    -straps are allowed
    -butt on bench
    -losing team reps top 3 of the winning team
    (Pm'ed mod hopefully get mod reps)

    And in the video if we do end up making people weigh themselves we should give a 5 lbs descrepency. Example if you weigh 160 in the morning if you weigh 165 at the lift you can still do the 160 since that's your regular weight.

    You could use a piece of paper with your username and do a weigh in just before the lift (that's what they've done in other comps).
