Hey, so im a male who workouts out but my hips are really large, whats the best exercises/workout to have smaller hips?

Diet.
Working out any one area doesn't do anything for the fat distribution there. Working that area out will actually cause the muscle to develop and start to grow; if diet isn't addressed then it will actually make the area larger.5'10" 178 lbs

Ok but is there any foods i should be avoiding? I know fats and junk food but i eat a lot of carbs, so should i reduce the amount of carbs i eat?
