^I'm guessing at least 3 years? 2 plate OHP is excellent btw. But why no Sq/DL #'s?
Bench: No idea. I've never benched, so this will have to do: Standing overhead press: 175x7
Squat (high bar, Olympic style, ATG): 320x8
Deadlift: 410x9 double overhand (hook grip, no straps).
Several addendums: I am better (relatively speaking) at the front squat, best is 315x3. Also, the deadlift pull style is supposed to mimic the clean so it is technically referred as a "clean deadlift". That is why it is done double overhand, and it is more mechanically difficult than a deadlift.
