    Basically - it's the Calculating Macro & Cal Requirements thread in a calculator form. The calculator uses a (15 or 20)% deficit if you select "cutting", and a 10% surplus if you select "bulk".

    Was 200 cals a day from being right for me, calculated my bulk at 2850 and I bulk at 3100-3200 and cut was at 1920 but I cut at 2200

    worked (mostly) for me after I refreshed it. Got calories right, macros say I need -41,700g of carbs a day, and 42000g of protein

    ETA: worked fine after I used a decimal in the "Other:____ grams (which should read "grams per body weight")

    It was down for a little bit (I think he was making changes). should be working fine now though.

    The bulking option only gives you the cals/macros for a 10% surplus at the moment - though he's looking into adding an option to select how much of a bulk you wish to go on (most people go on 20% bulks around here).
