Hit 275x12 beltless front squat the other week. Been training legs once every two weeks for a month or two now in hopes of my hip healing (which is doubtful since its been hurting for 6+ months) and it seems like i'm not losing any strength. Also ordered some Romulos II and those should arrive soon. Been using my rogue dowins for 3 years now and it was time for a new pair.

lately i alternate some bodyweight core exercises. some days i end with leg raises superset with back extensions, next day i do plank variations, next day some russian twists. i don't go overboad and i try to superset them with back extensions or GHRs, but just some high volume bodyweight stuff.

Sup MSC? Back from Banned Camp and here is a brief run down of what went on.
Got hurt benching possible tore shoulder again will get checked out when I get home.
Finally got 315lbs on jerks after switching to a drop and just barely missed 335.
Back is messed up so I haven't been able to squat for about 3 weeks.
managed to get my fat ass up onto a 42" box for reps on box jump.
haven't really lost any more weight just have been stable around 295lbs will start major cut when I get home.
and finally my body is just banged up and burnt out from not doing a ton of training before coming to school.

Hi Strength Bros. Not been in here for a while.
Hit a real low, bodyweight, strength, and training-wise about xmas time.
Bad times.
Fast forward to today, and my weight is back up, strength is back up, and my brain is working much more nicely.
Probably caused by my sexy new singlet. How could a man not train better, and sexier, wearing a singlet? Hnnnggg.
Anyhoo, best bench of the year. SO FAR.
