^^^ those are good. i do a lot of those modified with bands so i don't have to try to kill someone to get a bench at peak hours at the Y.
in other news, re/prehab takes a damn long time. could easily spend longer than actually lifting :/training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=153696161&page=51

You cant lift sh it if you cant stay healthy. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Who cares if re/prehab takes longer than your work sets? Which one keeps you in the gym more consistently making progress? My work sets take about 25-45 minutes to complete, my pre/rehab work takes about an hour spread throughout various times throughout the day. You dont have to do it all at the same time.

Hip still bothering me, but on a positive note hit 184 kg squat for 3 singles the other week and 175 for 3 doubles (405 and 385 lbs for the metric illiterate folks), so my leg strength is coming back slowly. Also, hit my goal of a 180 kg snatch grip DL today (395 lb).
Now I gotta bench 140, and squat 190 before the end of next week. Happy lifting everyoneSubscribe to The Strength Project :
