I've had a lot of surgeries for recurring compartment syndrome. I shattered my elbow when I was young too, so every few years I've had to have my arm broken & reset as I grew.
I wouldn't call it a phobia, but I've had a lot of bad memories there. Plus they gave me a suppository once. Fuk dat chit.Helping people to re-think movement, re-think pain and re-think their ability

From Chad Smith at Juggernaut
Brandon Lilly will undergo surgery this morning to repair meniscus, patella tendon and quad tendon tears in both legs, as well as an ACL tear and totally fractured (like in 2 very distinct pieces) patella in the left leg.
If this injury had happened to just about anyone else, I would think their lifting career is done, but I am supremely confident that Brandon will rise to another level. This is the first part of what will be an amazing comeback story.
Brandon's spirits are quite high considering all things, but would certainly appreciate any Instagram posts or videos using #365strong. Find him at @BrandonLilly3 and us at @JuggernautTraining.
Brandon Lilly will be back and stronger than ever. No Doubt!! #aintnobitch

Quote from Brandon just before rolling into surgery.
First I want to than Steve Denison for the invitation to compete in such a great event. Second congrats to Daniel Green for yet another World Record.
On my squat as I descended my left knee popped wildly, and gave out, causing similar strain to the right leg. Thank everyone of the crew onstage, and EMT's on the scene.
As of right now without surgery I'd never walk again as I sheared my ACL, meniscus, patella, tore both quad tendons, and MCL in both knees and the knee cap in my left knee will be replaced. I go in for surgery in 10-15 minutes, I just wanted to thank every single person for the comments, status updates, texts, and emails. This is just a bump in the road.
I have one of the best knee surgeons in the US. Say a prayer or keep me in your thoughts... I appreciate you all very much, and I'll see you on the flip side.

we up to 230 for 5x5 on bench press. A bunch of people say why don't I practice pause bench since I am competing.. I feel like I should establish some strenght and get comfortable with heavier weights since I don't normally flat press yeh? Meet isnt for like 4-5 months anyway
Maybe will increase to 235 next time.

It all depends on the person. I use knee sleeves just because I like the little bit of support it give but I like I how it keeps the knee warm. But recently I've had jumpers knee in my left knee so it's annoying when I squat. I'm probably going to move to a wrap just for extra support and better movement.
Again it's all personal preference.
