Sorry but I was wondering why so many of you remove the yolks from eggs?

Eggs have a BV of 100. That is, they are the most absorbable protein source in nature. Whey has BV's above 100 but it's extracted from milk, and left over from the manufature of cheese.
An egg white has roughly 3.5g of protein...that's why most people take 6 or 7 in the mornings. You have to cook it though. Don't try to be hardcore and drink them raw...the protein'll just come out in your piss.

quite interesting
I believe there is no need to remove the yolk why bulking or cutting. Ill explain why....
Firslty theres only one way of dieting and thats a ketogenic diet. Its easier than any other type of diet ever made.
Secondly cholesterol stimulates increased levels of testosterone. A state i love to keep myself in! Im sure you understand why.

actually, whey has a BV of 100. egg white has a BV of 90 and whole eggs have a BV of 95. there is 3.5g of protein in an avg egg white and 6.1 g of protein in each whole egg. i used to discard the yolk, erroneously, because i thought it had too much fat, cholesterol etc. the fact is, there is a high amount of omega 3 fatty acids in the yolk, and cholesterol is the basis for several hormones, including testosterone. when cutting, i wouldnt advise eating all the yolks but a ratio of 3 egg whites to 1 egg is pretty good.
