This would probably be one of the dumbest questions posted here..
Just what/how much is A heaping scoop??
I mean, my 100% Whey protein bottle says "1 heaping scoop
of 100% whey protein with 4-8 oz. of water/skim milk, of your
favorite beverage.
I just don't get how much i have to put in the milk.
Ahh.. I feel so dumb..
would one teaspoon (or tablespoon) be enough??

actually a good question. cause heaping can mean a lot of things. i would just assume rounding the scoop just a little, because if it was anywhere close to 1.5 scoops, i would imagine that the companies would tell us "1 and a half scoops". know what i mean? so i lean towards 1 scoop with just a little extra mound of powder.

Its a marketing thing. "One heaping scoop," sounds better than "One scoop." Considering the fact that the companies are marketing towards inexperienced users, a person will see the word heaping and be like, "OMG, a heaping scoop is 10x more anabolic than a plain old scoop."

You could always fill the scoop and weigh it to see how much a serving really is based on grams of product.
