The most important thing is to get your diet 100% on check. That will do way more for you than any supplement can. Go to this thread, educate yourself on proper nutrition, and then apply what you learn to yourself: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=121703981

It's nearly impossible to lose body fat and gain muscle at the same time. It's much easier to focus on one and then when you are satisfied focus on the other (bulk then cut or cut then bulk).

Supplement wise, stick to the basics:

Protein Powder - take anytime throughout the day to help you hit your daily protein requirements
Creatine Monohydrate - 3-5g a day, at anytime, don't cycle, don't load, drink plenty of water
    Multivitamin - take with meals
Fish Oil - if you don't already eat a lot of fish, take with meals

    But again, diet >>> supps

As others have mentioned - diet is most important here - and you're not gonna be able to simultaneously gain mass and lose fat naturally, so try to focus on one or the other.

If you're looking to gain: check out ErgoPump and ErgoTest

If you're looking to diet/lose: ErgoBolic or ErgoShred

Let me know if I can be of any help

Supplements don't build muscle, and cardio doesn't burn fat. Get your diet on track along with your lifting regime, and then look into supplementation after doing some research and figuring out what would work best for your goals.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
