And you take 500mg daily? Is this split into multiple dosages or just one?

Curcumin comes from Turmeric, so the 95% extract is the Curcuminoids I'm assuming.

When I used Curcumin, I used it to to heal my shoulder injury/decrease inflammation and dosed at 3g of the 95% extract. The cheapest I have found was Swanson's which also has Bioperine to increase bioavailability.

Just a few FYIs and caveats on the research presented here:
-beta-amyloid has since been distinguished as operative in Alzheimer's only as one or two structurally unique forms, so assaying the protein without chopping it up (prosaic way of saying "examine it using SDS-PAGE, electrophoresis, et cetera) isn't of any real tangible use.
-plasma nitric oxide is assayed as plasma nitrite, so keep that in mind if you're planning on cross-comparing this text with other similar hematology studies.
-generally curcumin and other largely alkyl substituted polyphenols have trouble getting themselves out of the blood and into the periphery, so not only does this data make great sense, but it translates well to other possible cardiovascular examinations of curcuminoids.

It's good stuff but still quite expensive to be a staple. I do take capsulated Turmeric daily though.

There were some significant inconsistencies with the related NO-data that was obtained in that study, so take it with a grain o' salt. Curcumin is an awesome compound even when considering it's inherent kinetic limitations, and I've been supplementing it for quite a few years.

Nonetheless, I've never noticed teh 'pumps' while using it, but it wouldn't surprise me if it does in fact elicit some degree of favorable results in the context of nitric oxide.

Which type of Curcumin do you use?
Ive used C3 Complex before, but also heard about BCM-95, Meriva's Phytosome, and Longvida Optimized Curcumin. Are they that much superior to C3?

It varies, but Life extension's super-bio curcumin is a good option [they use the bcm-95], although the most promising data that I've seen relates to nanoparticulated curcumin.

The aformentioned study didn't really go into much detail reguarding NO, and they failed to even specify wether the assay was colorimetric/fluorometric, chemiluminescence, triiodide CLD, ect., nor did they mention sample preparation details so the accuracy of the data is anyone's guess.

if they don't state the methods you can just assume they used a greiss reaction, but it doesn't really matter. It's not a difficult assay and it's done so often there's no need to waste words going over basic methods

Well you'd certainly know better than me, but from what I understand the presence of artificial NO products during sample prep has been suggested as being problematic within the literature, and it's been suggested that measuring plasma samples isn't necessarily an accurate assessment of whole body NO status [Bryan & Grisham 2007], and I've yet to see anthing from an anedotal standpoint that would suggest curcumin has any appreciable impact on vasodilation parameters, but I may have missed something.

Yeah, I'm guessing the lack of notation would basically rule out the use of a vanadium chloride reduction method cuzzzzz chemiluminescence isn't exactly light on the wallet.

Same and that includes a lot of personal use, but the observations point to anti-platelet effects rather than endothelial NO production i.e. since local NO production & diffusion is a process charged of the endothelium not just blood-borne NO we wouldn't expect any enhanced pump.
