Hey all
I wanted to ask a few questions, do you think i have enough mass to start cutting, what would i look like if i did and maintained/gained (i have only been training and eating properly for about 4 months so i might still make some noob gains on a cut, maybe) muscle? any idea on what bf% i am at now?
i also wanted to ask do you think i gained too much fat on my bulk? this is 3 months 1 week progress for me
thanks in advance

You look sort like me, roughly 14-15% i'd say. You would probably look "ripped" at 11-12% bf. But like other people have said about me as well, you will look maybe a little skinny if you cut, but its all a preference. Im pretty much your size as well, and im cutting my fat slowly for the summer, so i wont lose to much muscle, and then bulk up again when summer is over. So if you want to look ripped but not "big", i would say go for it

I think thats a pretty good job on a 1st bulk. U could always continue slow for 2 more weeks then taper the cals back. If your in a deficit by April 1st, u could cut about 8 weeks and drop 8-12lbs in that time. Using the estimate above of 15%, u have 132 lbs of lbm (if 155lbs weight is accurate). 132 ÷ .89 (11% bf) = 148 lbs goal weight. Good luck either way.

I think you did a good job on that bulk. Looking much better than your before pic. You can clean bulk now or cut first and then clean bulk. If I were you I'd cut to 10-11% first then clean bulk.

Is your current weight 155, or was that your "before" weight? If it's current, I would keep going on a clean bulk for maybe another 6 weeks, hitting the heavy weights HARD and eating your actual weight in protein with the purpose of putting on maybe another 8-10 pounds, then go on a 8-12 week cut. I'm guessing if you do that, you will be happier with how you look/feel once you are done cutting. I'm 5'7" and 177 right now, and can't imagine ever getting down below 160 and actually being happy with that amount of LBM.

Hi guy,
Cut and your muscles will POP (as in have more shape) your chest is fine you just have to melt that fat to be more impressed with them. you cut and you will LOOK bigger not weigh more but you will look bigger. Google a calorie counter and take it from there. It's the most easiest way to drop when you account for EVERYTHING that you put in your mouth that contains calories. I would advise to have a journal a Daily Diet journal to track your water intake and calorie consumption. So simple you can do this.
