Hey BB.com!
I am preparing for my first physique competition in June that is the Body Beast Classic in Las Vegas. I am a college student so I am trying to decide of I should prepare my meals on Sundays for the week but I also don't have a ton of money to buy most necessary food items. My daily calorie count right now is 3400 as I'm still bulking for 2 months, but I usually make a mass gaining shake that's around 900-1000 calories per shake. I was just wondering when it comes down to supplementing if Creatine, BCAAs, multivitamin, b-12 complex, and fish oils is optimum for this contest. I drink around 1 gallon per day. Leading up to this I have thought about taking a test booster and also the last month-month and a half if I should take a fat burner because I struggle with lower back fat and also don't have great oblique detail either. Just want input as I would love to make the NPC one day and compete as a pro!
thank you!
Tyler

how much do you weight? Is a mass shake thats around a 1000 calories really good? That is 1/3 of your calorie intake in one meal which to me is horrible. Eggs are the cheapest form of protein and you can buy chicken by the bulk. I take one protein shake a day period thats before bed, I have a 40g shake with peanutbutter for fat. Rely on your meals and food intake not liquid substutions.

Don't worry about getting huge, there looking for symmetry and definition. If I were you and that close to a show I'd begin cutting now. Slowly limiting your calories week by week starting with -200. I'm doing a show in August and I am just beginning to cut now because only 2-4 of my abs are visible. Don't get too hung up on bulking for physique. Good luck man
