I kind of did a weird diet, cut out processed foods and most grains. I tried to get all my carbs from fruits and veggies. and then on top of that is practiced fasting couple days a week. I lost a little size but it was worth it to meet my goal.
when the show is done, I am hoping to launch a small web series that goes into things like diet, how I train, why I do it, etc. just so people can get an idea of what it takes (for me at least) to get to where im at★★★Stands on sinks to take pictures of legs Crew★★★

hard to tell how you'll look just based off of height and weight, bone structure is a large part of my success. I have tiny bones, so of that 135lbs, a lot less is bones for me than someone else.
my lifts at the moment dont even exist. I do mostly high volume training. i'll do like 4-5 sets of 135lb bench 8-10 reps each set. I focus on form and do **** like locking up half way through the motion and negatives every couple of reps.
I still ate meat as well, as long as its natural and lean cuts. thankfully my parents are big on healthy eating so they buy farm fresh meat from our friend who owns a farm. we have like half a cow in the freezer right now lol★★★Stands on sinks to take pictures of legs Crew★★★

ya they're a little under 15 cold last I checked. I imagine when I get pumped up back stage I can come out rocking 15.5's maybe even 16's?
such is life. just got to improve everything that im capable of doing. since senior year of high school, I went form a 90lb nerd who looked at the ground when he talked to people (which rarely happened), to what I am today. im still working on my social interaction issues, but theyre not too bad, got friends, a gf, etc so its getting better. just cant let unfixable things like height bring me down.★★★Stands on sinks to take pictures of legs Crew★★★

OP, impressive physique, looking very shredded, best of luck to you!
It's really upsetting to see all the negative comments. Especially when you know he's been training and dieting hard to be where he is now. I understand he posted this on the internet and can't expect to get away with the whole height thing, but it's really not his choice, and this thread is about his muscular physique, not his face, not his height, neither of which are even anything worth such harsh criticism. I can't stand when people rip on people preparing for a contest, because after all the hard work you've put in, the last thing you want to hear on a post about your physique is rude comments on your height and face. Seriously guys not coolMy website:
