lol. One area I have really struggled with making grow.
Thanks man. I used to squat but due to a couple lower back injuries I have shied away from them. I'm currently working hard on my flexibility in hopes of getting back into it. I'm currently doing leg press, stiff leg deads, lunges, leg extension, and leg curl from my legs workouts. feelsbadman. Haven't ever had problems with deadlifting though.
