    Prioritise one if it affects you so much - my shoulders lack severely so I place them before my chest /back day always

    Back (should) take a lot of energy do I would recommend doing it first.

    Yeah I did back today. I was just wondering since the shoulders/traps are so close to your back. Plus I always do legs/tris on Wensdays

    i do chest/back/shoulders/arms/legs that way by shoulder day my front delts had time to heal from chest and i feel that back then shoulders its my rear delts a lot more and then they have a few days to heal until i do back again

    First back because you need to do pull ups and on lat and after that do shoulders i also recomend to do just back on one day and day after to do shoulder with tricep
