thats what i got for ndmike99. i guess we also think about logistics, and how someone pays someone to pickup the stuff for them then drop it off, or how that will work. i'd hate to get someone something and have them not want it when i get there .

thats what i got for ndmike99. i guess we also think about logistics, and how someone pays someone to pickup the stuff for them then drop it off, or how that will work. i'd hate to get someone something and have them not want it when i get there .

i think it's best to leave that part up to the individuals or else things become messy. this will definitely take a medium-sized leap of faith to work.

I am not sure of the exact dates but I will be going on a couple of equipment runs in the next couple of weeks. I would be happy to pick up/deliver gear that is along my travel route. One trip will be from east Tennessee north on I-81 through Virginia and Pa. into the Pocano area. The other trip will be north on I-81 to Strasburg, Va. then east on I-66 through Washington DC and I-95 to Baltimore to Port Deposit, Md. PM me if I can help a fellow forum member out.

Living in Kimberley for the time being unfortunately... I was planning to be making an early career change and was all set to attend the firefighting program at the College of the Rockies in March, but it's been postponed to September, so I'm stuck here a little longer than anticipated. Kimberley/Cranbrook is like being stuck in the 60's... but I guess it's not terrible. I'm looking forward to golfing a lot.

I'll likely be heading up into the Okanagan for a weekend this summer if there's anything you could possibly want from this area. (not likely?!) But feel free to keep an eye on this Kijiji market as well and we can figure something out.

This. I really can't handle most of the threads that are started anymore. Some on here don't like it when the stupidity is called out or when people are told to search....but the only other answer is silence, which kills the forum but so does "is this crappy bench ok since my situation is unique?" threads.

Somebody on here brought me some stuff last week and I'm holding some stuff for two other members now....this thread is fine and I like the opportunity to meet people face to face anyway.

However, the shipping worked out to just under $500, which was quite a bit more than the $290 worth of plates. I travel from Syracuse, NY to southern NH via I-90 every couple of months. Sometimes twice a month. I drive a two door jeep so can't haul anything big but if something will fit in with me, the dog and my fishing gear get ahold of me.

I really like this thread idea. Don't know why it hasn't taken off better with the regulars. If it was only proven to work once or twice then others might be open to the idea.
