First of all, Ritz crackers are HORRIBLE for you. They're loaded with bleached flour, sodium, and hydrogenated oils (trans fats). You shouldn't be eating them. Try tuna or chicken with salsa, different spices (I like Old Bay), or with different vegetables. I like to stuff a red pepper with tuna, salsa, and ff cottage cheese.

Buy some pitas or Ezekiel bread / wraps and make some chicken or tuna salad - mix the meat, some dressing (mayo or Walden Farms), some almonds, cereal, nuts, etc... add some spice, and stuff/wrap it.

i mix tuna or chicken (2-3 oz worth) with a half cup of chick peas or kidney beans or some other bean. i put a little walden farms dressing on it and slice in a few baby carrots. its makes a nice mini-meal/snack for around 200 cals.

I love using reg or spicy brown mustard in my tuna. Also Salsa is great. Pita Bread makes it super easy to take a quick meal with you even if you are on the go.

Moirae, you said the magic word... TABASCO... I have it with everything.

And if you can find some 100% whole wheat crackers that should be a better choice. Something with low sodium if possible.

    Cool

My favorite is tuna or chicken with just 1 tbsp of canola mayo(i can't eat FF mayo tastes like s*** to me), salt, pepper and a tiny bit of balsamic vinegar. Cook up a couple egg whites(cooking spray, no butter). Put the tuna and eggs on toasted whole wheat bread or in a pita. Maybe add 1/2 cup of FF cottage cheese and you have an awesome meal right there.
