    If my legs are sore from my leg workout, should I not do cardio?

    I know you're supposed to rest when you're sore, but it's messing with my routine every week to be sore in my legs when I'm supposed to run.

    As long as you're eating enough and not feeling fatigued, it should be fine. I exercise even when I'm sore (not fatigued) and my legs feel fine.
