Like I said before, reposting a video of my favorite QB squatting more than you ever have or will which I came across on another sports forum isn't as bad as a 36yo spending every waking moment vehemently defending my favorite linebacker who lied about a made up human being who allegedly died from leukemia

And occasionally posting in a sports forum during a game isn't as bad as after watching your team get absolutely embarrassed on national tv, going into complete denial mode and pretending like you didn't talk chit for over a month about how badass your team was

    I know, I'm old.
    No argument over here lol

I'm sure he doesn't have to spend much time. Most people are friends with a ton of people who go/went to the same college. So if one person finds an interesting vid, it will quickly make its way through social media and get to you without any work involved. I see FSU vids all the time on FB that I repost. Now if you just bandwagon a different team each season and don't know anyone who went to that school, then yes you may have to spend your weekends searching forums and whatnot for vids that you can share to show how much of a hardcore fan you are. I'm sure you know that since alot of Notre Dame fans are like this.

Strong child-like response, "No, you are!" Back in Reality Land, the post I quoted and the response I made wasn't in regards to that. Strong reading comprehension skills are strong. Strong butthurt neg as well. You knew you lost so you resorted to dropping me less than 1% in reps. OMG, what am I going to do!?

I didn't say that. I said IF you are a bandwagon fan who jumps on a different team each season. And I was merely mentioning that alot of Dame fans I know are like that. The logical reaction seems to be that you are admitting to be a bandwagon fan by that response though...

Yes, call me dumb then say I have child like behavior
Nobody is arguing about a standard safety squat as it doesn't pertain to this thread
Thread title is mccarron squats 565???
See the question marks, so lets look at mccarrons form
Oh, he using his hands and upper body on a squat
You come in and talk about something that doesn't even apply, I correct u and let you know his #s are inflated and now you resort back to a point that doesn't even relate
Stay on point, which is, mccarrons #s are inflated because he is using his upper body
    Care to argue that point?

It can inflate your numbers a good bit, but I'm still shocked he's able to go that high. If he's going 565 on there I'm sure he has a legit 4 plate squat.
Stay on topic brah. Don't come in and talk about something that doesn't even apply, I correct u and let you know that deflates #s and now you resort back to a point that doesn't even relate
Stay on point, which is, safety squat bar deflates #s because it puts you in a bad position
    Care to argue that point?

nobody is arguing that point , I even said without holding on to the rack, that its harder than a normal squat
But that doesn't pertain to this thread, if it does, please show me where it does

Now the real question, do you think mccarrons squat is overinflated because he is using his upper body while using a safety squat
And,,have you ever done a squat like mccarron?
You have yet to answer this question even though its been asked numerous times and its relevant because mccarron is holding on

I was arguing that point, hence why I QUOTED that comment. Usually when you want to respond to a subject matter, you QUOTE the post related to that subject matter. Thus, that is what I did. If you didn't wanna get in on that argument then you shouldn't have QUOTED my comment that was based on that subject matter. You should have QUOTED OP since that is the subject matter you want to discuss. Forums...how do they work? Reading comprehension, not even once. And you agree with me, so you are dumb for getting all butthurt and whiny for several pages now. Once again, you say it doesn't pertain to this thread when it does. You ask me to show you where it does, when I just quoted again where exactly it does. Memory of a goldfish crew checking in.

So, in the end, it seems you don't know how forums work, you don't have any reading comprehension skills, you actually agree with me yet you really want to argue with me for some reason, and you don't have a very good memory. I'm sorry your high school education failed you in the department of weight lifting and reading skills. Good luck with your reading comprehension skills of 2013.

Nope. Title of thread is "AJ McCarron squatting 565lbs???"

So we are only allowed to answer the question of whether or not the weights on the bar + the bar add up to 565 lbs, less, or more. Sorry dude, please stay on topic. No other subject matter may be discussed other than whether that totals up to 565 lbs or not.

Excuse me sir, I'm going to have to report you now for going off topic. The thread title is asking how much weight is on the bar. If you can't stay on topic of the amount of lbs that video shows, then please don't comment. You are not allowed to talk about any other topics aside from the thread title, even if they are closely related. I will get you banned.

Lol You're entire argument is based off of a picture taken 5 feet away and behind me

Basically you have no idea what I look like. So while I base my posts on facts (10,000 posts in less than three years means you're on here way too much to have a meaningful social life, and you live in Mass so the odds that you are banging hot sloots is incredibly low compared to southern standards) you're going off of a picture taken months ago, and one that offers almost no aesthetical value whatsoever, except that my forearms are obviously bigger and most likely stronger than yours

Btw congrats on your average lift physique and most likely so-so numbers

Now for the love of God gtfo this thing and go get laid. Try to get higher than a 5/10. That might be asking a lot given your geographical location but you should never settle brah

I'm not sure exactly how much they help, but in high school (5'8" 135 pounds) I was regularly squatting 300 for reps. When I got to college track and field, my max after freshman year (real squat) was 275.

    Pit shark maybe.

I've seen him squat. I used to work in the weightroom while in grad school and he was one of the athletes I worked with regularly. Unless he added about 250lbs to his max in a year there's no way.

Lulz I am joking, fun to tease Bama fans when they wanted him so bad. Coker disappointed me in the spring game, at least Winston lived up to and even surpassed his hype.

Stay on point, which is, safety squat bar deflates #s because it puts you in a bad position

And,,have you ever done a squat like mccarron?
You have yet to answer this question even though its been asked numerous times and its relevant because mccarron is holding on
