    how many biceps exercises do you need to do?

    I usually do two during my back I do preacher curls 5x10 and barbell/dumbbell curls 5x10 I feel like this is good for me bur should I do another exercise?

    I do three exercises.
    Barbel curls, incline dumbbell curls, and hammer curls. I do all three for 4 sets of 6-8 reps.

    Well the only reason I do 4 sets, is because I don't go up on weight. I stay at a certain weight, then the next week ill try 5 lbs heavier.

    at the end of my back workout i usually do alternating dumbell curls supersetted with preacher curls for as many sets as i feel like. throwing too many exercises in usually just makes it harder to track progress.

    it depends on your body, everyone is different, someone grow arms with ease so 2 would be enough, however some people it could take up to 4-5 exercises to achieve a proper level of muscle hypertrophy

    For the first couple months, I went skyrocketed in gains lol. I was going up like 5 lbs every 3-4 days. I'm probably exaggerating, but nowadays, it takes maybe 2 weeks to go up 5 lbs.

    Standard Curls- 5x5
    Preacher Curls- 3x8
    Hammer Curls- 3x10
    Alternating Curls- 2 sets to failure
