    Good hamstring exercises?

Not too big a fan of romanian deadlifts. I was wondering what would be a good alternative compound hamstring movement
I'm leaning a big towards sumo deadlifts since they hit the adductors, but what about hyperextensions and good mornings?

Stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts are amazing. They improved my hamstring flexibility, strength, and size like crazy.

You could also do smith squats with feet in front. They work the glutes and hams really well.

Or what I call ham press. Basically put your heels at the top of the leg press machine and press from that position. Strong exercise for hams.

That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth than go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers sayin’, you ain’t where you wanna be because of him or her or anybody!"
