Hi,
I know someones gonna be like yeah read the stickys but I thought it would be more beneficial if I actually had someone tell me rather than getting lost in all the information in them.
I am 5 ft 10" current on a bulk going to start my cut in 2 weeks time and currently weighing in at 91kg.
My current macros are : 3200 cals 400 carb, 89 fat, 200 protein. I have just checked the TDEE calculator and it say my maintenance for this weight should be 3200 but have just been sticking to this as I didn't want to gain anymore more weight and have still noticed gains in weight.
If it says my TDEE calculator for this weight is 3200 how much should i lower my cals by when i cut and also what macros should I be looking at for my cut?
Any help would be appreciated.

You should drop by about 10% at first hen adjust til losing roughly a pound a week to minimize muscle loss. Also you were taking too much protein, drop it to 170 grams protein, and drop your carbs
I've failed over and over and over again in my life, and that is why i succeed.

That's what is in the sticky thread so why not.
These numbers are to get you in the right ballpark by the way. They are also treated as minimums. If your diet ends up having more protein and fat than the formulae say, it doesn't matter as long as you stay within your calorie target.
Formulae in general are just educated guesses to get us started on the right track. Be prepared to adjust if you are gaining weight too fast or too slow. It doesn't mean the formulae are wrong, it just means that individual variations are much greater than you think. Ultimately, reality is the best test of whether our numbers are right or not.
