    Exclamation clean bulk??

    can some one please explain to me what a clean bulk is Ive heard a lot of people talking about it but I don't really understand what it completely is.

    as long as Im progressing in my workouts should I eat the same until I stop progressing and then eat more?

    it's possible you have build some muscles and lost fat if you're beginner. How high is your bf?

    well my body fat is probably like 7 or 8 percent. I just started working out 3months ago after loosing 50lbs over the summer. I weigh 145 now and my goal is to get to 170 with only gaining a small amount of fat

    if you didn't gain anything in past 2 weeks, increase your calories by 100 (assuming you're counting calories), and keep increasing by 100 every week until you begin gaining weight
