Please think of these answers in regards to achieving a "bodybuilding body" not just a lean body or whatever you want to call it.
Also, I state "for the pros" because I'm curious if coffee and IF help or negate to their progress on their level. I am not saying I won't take advice from non-pros either though!
1. How do you guys feel about Intermittent Fasting? While on a bulk I did it a little but tried to sticfk to 4-6 meals. How about while cutting?
2. Still regarding IF, I hear it's best to eating like 50% of cals in one meal and then 25% in another and then 25% in another. What's wrong with choosing just 1 big meal? Can I just be weird/random and say have 99% of my cals in the morning and then eat 1% at night? >.< Does it matter for bodybuilding?
3. How do you guys feel about coffee? I read something like it can contribute to losing muscle (srs) and can not be good for bodybuilders (srs). Not sure if that's srs. Can I have it post-workout as well? I find that it helps ease hunger.
4. I was eating at 2,550 calories for some time while bulking (I may of screwed up my metabolism, that's why 2,550 worked). But now that I'm cutting I jumped right down to
2,050 cals. I have no idea what my maintenance is so I'm just scared I'm eating too little.

Also if any of them did Intermittent Fasting they'd be dead. Also lol at them caring about Coffee.Discretion of speech is more than eloquence, and to speak agreeably to him with whom we deal is more than to speak in good words, or in good order.

Coffee can cause muscle loss?
''There’s this battle over waterboarding at places like Guantanamo Bay. I think that they should just say, “Hey, if you guys don’t talk, you have to see Hercules In New York.” I guarantee those guys would talk much faster. You don’t need to do waterboarding or anything else. That’s the ultimate threat.''

The training philosophy doesn't require a coach, the work ethic doesn't require a coach, the dedication doesn't require a coach, also, do you really think they had coaches from the beginning? Kai at 18, have you seen him? Yeah, call that genetics all you want but there is a minimum of knowledge required for him to have a proper bodybuilding debut.
And btw, having a coach transmitting knowledge to you, automatically grants you that knowledge, so yes, they do know about nutrition.
