I agree that Cedric is the best in that shot, but it ain't no Coleman style domination. When Coleman turned around, his traps, lats, lower back, rhomboid-squiggly thingys, rear delts, glutes and hams, arms from the rear, overall detail AND hardness, etc. dominated everyone in just about every way. Sometimes someone would have a sole advantage like Flex's striations or something, or Jay's lat spread width, but Coleman would still be destroying them everywhere else.

In that shot I'd give Ced the nod on overall balance of detail, shape and development, but fuark, Johnny's weak on bottom and soft from the back, but jesus, those traps and lats, Pak's weak on top but dem legs, and he's getting shafted by the angle but if someone could pull up the comparison of the two together Dex was more conditioned and hard. All compare very favourably or significantly beat Cedric on some major aspects of the shot.

So while his overal look i feel is the best, he might have the best of some more individual aspects doesn't dominate any one particular thing there, Coleman didn't win the back shots just by finely tuned balance of variables, dominated almost every aspect of every muscle from the back. It's just a different level of comparison and Ced ain't doing it.

being the best in a pose =/= apocalyptic level domination.

Okay Ced's got the thickness here and tons of detail but look how freakin' hard Dex is, now consider that this disparity would probably be much more striking in person (if you've been to live bodybuilding shows close up to the competitors you know what I mean)

IFBB Pro, Jong Sup Won trains at my gym. Saw him yesterday. Everyone says he just got back from competing in the Arnold's.

He wasn't in the line up, and I didn't see his name anywhere. I'm not looking to argue the guys in the gym, but I'm guessing he went there for a booth or something.

Or... am I missing something?

2. No one by that name competed in the Arnold or Arnold amature.
3. A guy named "Won Jongseop" but with no pictures available took 9th place in the Heavyweight category at the AC Amature.
