Im 5'8'' 168 lbs and around 15% bf. Im 14 years old and a freshman. I want to become a bodybuilder do you think that in 2 years I could have the physique to compete and win. Ive been lifting for about 4 months on/off but the last 2 Ive commited to 2 sessions a wk. My routine is full-body 2x a wk doing
3x6 BB bench press
3x8 DB incline press: last set I do drop sets
3x6 BB rows
3x8 CG lat pulldown
1x10 bicep iso; light weight feel the squeeze static contract.
1 tricep iso; same as bicep
3x6 squat
3x8 leg extension
3x8 leg curl
calves and abs 2x wk
I stretch between every set and always go for full ROM
I would post weights but I want to be a bodybuilder not a weightlifter ( goal to be 200+ lbs contest weight)

2x's a week full body is terrible frequency for a beginner, and the fact that you've been lifting on and on shows how dedicated you are. Either get your **** together or give up on that dream. Natural bodybuilding is a monumental task, and take the upmost willpower and dedication. You need a solid routine, solid diet, and consistency. I'm not saying give up completely, but do some research OP.

Everyone wants to be an amazing bodybuilder man, it's just the hard work and dedication that sets those apart from the rest. There is no easy way to obtain any goal worth achieving in life, ultimately you can ask me wether or not you will be a good bodybuilder, but when it comes down to it, you have total and absolute control of your future. Put in the hard work, and trust me, 2 years is a pretty short time in retrospect, and yes, you can go out and win comps.

IMO, you should always try to have weight progression in at least one lift per body part. If you're not getting stronger in ONE (mainly go for compounds here such as squat, DL, bench, OHP...easy to keep track and add weight to over time), then there's no way you can determine if you're building muscle. Getting stronger doesn't always indicate muscle growth, but sometimes CNS adaptation to use the muscle you already have...but what happens once you reach 'peak' CNS adaptation? Your body will create new muscle fibers in order to push a heavier weight if you keep pushing the weight. Not only that, but higher CNS adaptation also allows you to recuperate more muscle fibers in all your other exercises! That means more stimulation which means more muscle growth! Strength training might not always be your goal, but in order to get bigger some form of progression is ESSENTIAL especially as a natty.
With that said, I'd also just focus on compounds for about a year with some isolation workouts at the end. Push/pull/legs split taking rest day as needed with not as much volume per day as you have above I think would be PERFECT for someone your age and goals.
I wish I had gotten into lifting so much earlier, so with that you already have an advantage on a lot of people. Be consistent, train hard, and stay motivated while knowing what you're doing with diet (training without a proper diet is pointless) and you will go far!

I'm no expert but I think you should get on starting stength or babylovers ss seeing as you're a begginer

I don't want to kill your dreams kid, but in a few years you will realise there is no such thing as a natural bodybuilder.
