I've had friends take ArA in the past and loved it. Have been thinking about buying some X Factor just to see what the hype is about. Is there something wrong with it?

I've taken X factor advanced 200 capsule bottle on three different cycles and loved it. Only problem is waiting a few months between each one. No sides at all. Just take four 45 before workouts.

Its patented by Cargil and I believe you can view COA's of products on their site somewhere.
