i need to seek clarification on something....we're saying that the surface of jupiter/vy canis majoris is where the moon is, or that the center of jupiter/vy canis majoris is where the center of the moon is?
if its the latter, then yes, we'd be dead either way. but if its the former, then we'd still be dead in the case of vy Majouris as the planet would just be melted, whereas it would be possible to orbit jupiter at that distance for a short time before the planet gets ripped to shreds by gravitational fluctuations in its orbit of jupiter (assuming an eliptical orbit)*says 'negged' but doesnt actually neg crew*
